Our Role in Rural Spark
Facilitating a Transformative Experience
As the dedicated hosting organization for the Rural Spark project, ATDD Romania is committed to crafting an enriching and transformative experience for all participants. We meticulously design program activities that blend non-formal education with intercultural learning, ensuring each session is both engaging and educational. Our responsibilities extend to managing logistics, including accommodation, meals, and local transportation, to provide a seamless experience. We prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, fostering a space where creativity and community spirit thrive. Our team diligently organizes workshops, outdoor activities, and cultural exchanges, facilitating reflection and personal growth throughout the youth exchange.
Our commitment to participant development is unwavering, as we support learning journeys before, during, and after the exchange. We proudly host this project in the picturesque Bucovina region, offering a unique blend of nature, creativity, and community engagement.
