Rural Spark is designed to create a ripple effect of positive change across multiple levels. At the individual level, participants will gain confidence, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and enhance their leadership skills. On a community scale, these young innovators will return home inspired to initiate projects that drive local development and innovation. Organizationally, partner groups will strengthen their capabilities in supporting rural youth and fostering non-formal education. On a broader European level, the project will build strong intercultural networks, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and contributing to discussions on rural youth empowerment. By sharing our successes, we aim to inspire a wider audience to invest in the potential of rural youth, sparking movements for change across Europe.
